This painting has mixed inspiration. It started as a version of 'Dancing In The Rain' but instead there is snow falling down. There is this catwoman walking at this winter evening surrounded by black cats that seem like ghosts dancing. She is kind of a loner, kind at heart and really determined. You can see her carrying a kitty in her basket. There had to be a lamp post, a street light. I am fascinated by the reflections that streetlights cast on quiet snowy nights and how the snowflakes spiral down the glittering pavement and melt soundlessly.
